Unique experience shaped by our DNA.
Founded in 2011, our founders bring different traits to the table. Combining design with change expertise has led us to develop a new approach to change.
Together with a group of changemakers we are exploring and further developing the combined values into a fast evolving field we call "change by design".
At Ink Strategy we have a proven track record of using change by design to connect thousands of people to their organisational vision and make it come to life.
