In the past months Ink Strategy has been working with KLM Air France to bring innovation into the core of their business. We facilitated a week long team workshop to introduce design thinking as a tool to improve customer centric innovation. During the intensive programme we used unconventional research methods, customer journey mapping tools and the business model canvas to find new innovative approaches to their business.
